25 Besides winches for a standard anchor/mooring or towing arrangement, SEC is able to deliver a wide variety of auxiliary winches, like for instance tugger winches. SEC tugger winches can be used on board of vessels as a multi purpose cargo handling winch. The basic model is designed for the use of steel wire and a drum that is fixed mounted on the main shaft. The model can be extended with options like warping heads, grooved and/or declutchable drums. Furthermore the tugger winches can be delivered with a normal gearbox or a planetary gear casing. Adjustments, as per clients request, are also possible and can be discussed with the SEC sales team. Just like all other SEC Ten Horn winches the equipment can be delivered in electric-hydraulic, hydraulic or electric version.
